Marketplace Transaction Terms
Version 1 · 11 Aug 2026
- A transaction exists when a verified payment confirms an order or booking. Browser redirects, screenshots or promises do not.
- Stock is reserved when checkout starts and released automatically if payment does not complete in the reservation window.
- Receipts are issued for verified payments and are immutable snapshots.
- Cancellation before fulfilment returns stock; after fulfilment, inventory is whatever the shelves say.
- Refund requests are reviewed by Tupra. Refund execution follows payment-provider capability and evidence, and is never assumed.
- Disputes are mediated by Tupra support with the order's recorded history — payments, events, messages — as the record.
- Prohibited: transacting outside the platform to avoid commission, weapons, illegal goods or services, counterfeits, and anything requiring a licence the seller does not hold.
